Constant issues with my recording area is going to be the end of me. Goddamn

I dont know if its my mic or the area to be honest. Some days I can record stuff and its alright, hardly any noise. Other days its god awful

My voice acting goals for this year. Lowered them from last year. To make them more doable

I was slowly getting back to a point of my life where I could start auditioning again.

Another small update on irl

Life is still kinda rough. A bit better but still rough.

Computer is currently in no working condition. So any VA audition work is on hold till its repaired.

Out of the 4 goals I set myself for 2024. I managed to hit 2.

That's genuinely better than I expected considering the hell of a year it was for me.

IRL has been pretty rough.
I'm trying to get some auditions in here and there. But prioritizing mental health first and foremost

I finally get time to record auditions in my backlog. And then it starts raining so loud outside my microphone picks it up!

If your auditioning for something. Please dont lie to your director about your interest in the project.

Saying you love and are excited about the projects future. Just to drop any interest in it, when you possibly don't get the role. Its a bad look, don't do it

Had my first real Voice acting class today. With a high profile danish VA.

It was a good beat down. Like, i realised how much I still have to learn as a VA

Sadly VA classes are rare in denmark. But who knows. I definitly felt I learned to temper my own expecations of myself. A real reality check
