I rewatched the entire series last year for the first time since it aired. It holds up really well. Baltar is still my favorite character.

I think he also fails to understand the role of a really good assistant editor. It’s not just syncing dailies and grouping clips. It’s about being part of the process, the evolution of the cut… you know, storytelling. Not to mention understanding studio politics, and supporting the editor.

I agree. I’ve been keeping an eye out for a xbr trinotron so I can properly watch legacy media and gaming. Good ones still in working order are too expensive.
