My opinion is there’s an enormous GLOBAL issue—the filthy rich pulling government strings everywhere to keep/grow their advantage, to everyone else’s (including the environment, too) detriment

Sorry to hear this. I’m Canadian and I cringe to hear American health insurance horror stories. Our system has plenty of issues, but at least we don’t have the worry of incurring medical debts when sick.
