In a few weeks I move from being a Community Liaison at PVLIP to being Executive Director of 500 Stephen Community Centre in Morden. It is a return to my favourite work of providing a place of hospitality.

I’m spending part of my holidays reading this lovely book, “Being Generous: The Art of Right Living.” I just finished a chapter on receiving, an act which is often more challenging than giving. One of the greatest gifts one can give another is to fully receive (be present to) the other.
