I once had a game director who was so hands-on, he’d remove 3d assets and replace them with his once more blockout versions just so his ‘own’ things were in the game 🤣 at a time and place

I’ve been struggling the last 6 months with a burnout and have not fully recovered from it.
For me personally it’s been factors that stem from both personal and professional atmospheres. But I can confirm your points :)
