Boiling sausages that I was going to finish on the grill. The package says to boil for 10 minutes but my cooking thermometer says 160 is a perfectly fine cooking point. The boiling point of water is 212 F. They haven't even be in 5 minutes the water isn't boiling and they're 183. What is happening 😂
