Jay, Landon and Rose managed to find Leo early in the morning, just after the sun had risen. They found him sleeping in a field of flowers.
"There he is," Jay breathed a small sigh of relief. "I hope he's okay, and that nothing bad happened to him. I can't believe we couldn't find him last night."

Jay, Landon and Rose managed to find Leo early in the morning, just after the sun had risen. They found him sleeping in a field of flowers.
"There he is," Jay breathed a small sigh of relief. "I hope he's okay, and that nothing bad happened to him. I can't believe we couldn't find him last night."

He stayed at the edge for a moment, staring into the void. The blonde girl was nowhere to be seen. He didn't mean to kill her. It was just an accident... or maybe it wasn't? Suddenly, he heard something coming. That made him lose conscience again and run away before he could see what it was.

Unfortunately, Leo failed. It was too late to save the girl. He watched her vanish into the mist.

At that moment, something in Leo shifted. It was brief, but when he realised the girl was about to fall off the cliff, something compelled him to extend his arm and attempt to save her from falling.

As for Leo, he lunged at the girl, causing her to spin around and start running. For a split second, she forgot she had nowhere to go. She had been standing at the edge of a cliff, where the only way out was to jump into the water. She also didn't notice a rock in her path and tripped over it.

Jay, Landon and Rose (Leo and Jay's aunt) were actively looking for the young wolf. It wasn't easy, as the area was vast, and since Leo had howled only once, they didn't have much to go on.

"I know. I'm stupid, but what can I say. I fell for his abs and cowboy hat," she said, and then started sobbing. "Listen, Jenna, my car broke and I'm in the middle of nowhere. I need help."

Leo found himself in Galloping Gulch, on top of some rocks. He's never felt this kind of freedom before. It was almost euphoric. He also noticed that he could hear everything. Every little leaf moving in the wind, every little breath...

Unfortunately, Leo managed to break free. He knocked Jay and Landon aside, clearing his path, and then he disappeared in the dark.

Unfortunately, Leo managed to break free. He knocked Jay and Landon aside, clearing his path, and then he disappeared in the dark.
After half an hour of agony, it was over. The pain vanished, and it got replaced by a sudden urge to run. The chains still held Leo back, but releasing the beast gave him a surge of wild strength. He obviously was out of control, driven only by the need to use his newfound power.

After a few moments, Leo started to feel intense pain. Every single bone in his body began to break. Hair sprouted all over his skin, his eyes turned yellow and started to glow, and sharp claws began to emerge. Jay and Landon had already transformed, hoping it would make him feel less alone.

Today is a full moon, and Leo finally gets to transform for the first time in his life. After much discussion, Jay and Landon decided to chain him up for his safety. They didn't want him to accidentally hurt anyone.
