Yeah, I'm sympathetic to the overall message but this is pretty clearly interpreting the difference of 87% vs 97% *less land used* as being the same as 87% vs 97% *more land efficiency*, which are very much not the same. IMO a much more compelling argument is $/person/area, where low-rise wins.
