Well, how DID I get here?
Send me an address and they're yours. You've taught me and everyone else so much, and I should have been on your patreon years ago.

Or the blanking circuit itself - if the signal activating it is ringing for some reason the beam can do this too

Check the video amplifier section caps, during horizontal retrace the blanking circuit kills the beam and those caps are able to fully recharge during retrace. Once the beam gets turned back on, if those caps are iffy they can oscillate and run out of power before the end of the line

I had the same thought the moment I saw it

I have a bottle of the rare thanksgiving turkey flavored Malört which somehow made it worse on multiple levels

Yeah, I'm gonna make that a habit. It seemed fine for me until maybe a month ago. Sorry man, this has to be so infuriating for you. :(

Quick math, the average age showing up on my feed now is about 5 years old, and about 40% is stuff that the red bar shows I've already watched. You're by far the #1 channel I watch on YouTube, and I scrolled until I got bored and didn't see anything of yours even though i haven't seen the last 3.

Something has definitely changed lately the more I think about it. I'm barely seeing your stuff, but it's constantly recommending the same 3 ashens videos from 10+ years ago, one specific video year old video from BPS space that it knows I've already seen, etc. Are you seeing a surge on old videos?

I slightly helped make an official Strong Bad & Homestar music video that has replaced The Cheat’s rave music for the song that’s stuck in my brain now when I see Strong Bad.

Burninate The House, inspired by the Talking Heads song: youtu.be/pwCMLMktDkA
Kali Kazoo x Homestar Runner x Strong Bad BURNINATE THE HOUSE

Sorry, this took a bit to figure out - I was bulk running it on someone else's inference server that had a ton of these models on it. I was wrong, this wasn't one of the tuned/merged models, this one came from GLM-4.5 just with a jailbreak system prompt telling it to make everything maximally sexual

We’re going to blink and one day wake up to this

That's what would have made this so hilarious, the commitment to the bit hahaha

I choose to believe that you guys just happened to be in the same room and decided to shoot that today, just to respond to a social media post

This is a great "Wag the Dog 2", where Dustin Hoffman and Robert De Niro's characters aren't as good at their jobs as they think they are.

Awww, i was going to email you this weekend to see if you wanted my minidisc collection and/or some good for gaming pro CRTs, but if you're downsizing I'll take that as a "not right now"! 💽

When you hopefully run and win as president, I sincerely hope you repeat those words verbatim as your closing remarks during your first state of the union address.

Just imagine the amount of overeager correctness comments when they hear about inductive load… Your description is and always is fine, you have to hand wave over minutia or your videos will be 12 hours long and people will still compete to find something you didn’t cover.

One day I really want to hear you read to me:

“In the beginning, the universe was created. This has made a lot of people very angry and been widely regarded as a bad move.”

Are they metal? They look like milling machine T-slots you can use to install clamps or guides. If that’s not what those are that’d be an awesome invention to keep long pieces pressed against the fence

Is that what the "immaculate confection" thing I keep hearing about means?
