If you aren’t one of the “sneaky” liberal/lefts (who in the conservative’s mind know better) you are delusional and brainwashed to believe that the equal distribution of power is an ideal. (“What if the ‘wrong people’ get power?”)

And they view that (the smart) liberals and leftists are trying to sneak the “wrong people” into the top and in their eyes nothing is worse than the erosion of the hierarchy.

They openly celebrate the hierarchy, every one should “have their place”, a very convenient view especially if you aren’t on the bottom. They don’t necessarily need to the rich as long as the “right ones” are at the top.
