Apparently Horizons does not have enough Synergy with Scarlet and Violet and instead somehow is going in a Gaia-like direction (Gaia being the internal name for Gen 10), apparently due to the island hopping nature of it.

Also HAVE THIS BIGASS CHART THAT (mostly) EXPLAINS THE RELATION BETWEEN LEGENDARY, MYTHICAL, AND PSEUDO-LEGENDARY POKEMON. If you're familiar with this it should come to no surprise that this looks related to Arceus in some way...
