The start of new home workout regimes. Today's was 45 mins, a mixture of all sort of things that my knees definitely won't thank me for! One small step towards my goal.

My walk along Portsmouth seafront in high winds was bloody traumatic! Still, I got to listen to latest Thurston Moore and Smashing Pumpkins albums - both excellent! Home now, in the warm, just about recovered!
