So the most noise over the Christmas & New Year period came from the fans of the team who took 5 points from 12 while we took 9 from 12. Mind you, fans of wee teams do tend to get a wee bit overexcited when they beat a big team.

That ref today was absolutely atrocious. Did a great job as a defensive midfielder getting in the way of the ball constantly. Taylor & McGregor both had a go at him for it. The Engels' booking was also due to Engels trying to avoid him. Also kept falling for their RB diving.

So Mikey Johnstone brought in 3 to 4 times more cash than a list of about 12 of their players put together over the last 2 years including numerous players we were told were worth between £20-30 million each. That's "levels" right there.

The fact that this team of faux hard men playing anti-football are second in the league sums up everything wrong with Scottish football. That’s before we even mention the officiating.

The Kuhn turn and pass with the outside of the boot is the only thing worth remembering in that first half. How we managed to take a corner that ended up back with Kasper with no hearts players touching the ball was infuriating.

Making a hot chocolate and it tells you to put 28 grams of powder in. Why 28? Why not make it 25 or 30? 28 is such a random number.This is the type of thing that I’ll be thinking about all night. Riveting post, I know.

I think the best thing I can say about this game is that I'm glad it's on tonight & not tomorrow night because a wasted Friday night isn't as bad as a wasted Saturday night.
