there's *tons* of great games out there but some people with medical conditions cannot play them because they don't have the easily implemented features required.

In my experience, the best way to "fix" that is to acknowledge there isn't a perfect fix for it.
Instead, it's better to recognize that negative feelings of that sort are just a normal part of life, or sometimes can indicate a desire to do something more.
Works better than "think happy thoughts"
