Back when I rented I was only pissed about them constantly breaking laws regarding rentals.
When I got my own place I realized also how greedy they were. My yearly cost has barely moved as apartment owner, yet somehow landlords justifies pumping up the rent yearly.

I own my own apartment. Peace is accepting there's always going to be something "that needs fixing". The only benefit is that if something do need fixing, I don't have to wait on a landlord. I can do it myself without having to pay double for it.

My guess is that either PETA used AI (bad), or they stole someone's art of a stuffed otter and added into another photo they also likely stole (also bad).

Parts of me can't understand how US citizens aren't more enraged at their current healthcare system. Not realizing what they miss out on by not implementing the universal healthcare you can find everywhere else in the world.
I just look at all the treatments I get for next to nothing in cost.

Unfortunately I was just outside their warrenty, but they were quite helping. Gave me a nice offer on replacement mask, and some QA tips for what to look for when I receive it :)

I've had lots piece that have lasted for years, and few just for months. I'll take a short break, and see how things look economy-wise on Black Friday/Cyber Monday. See if I can afford a replacement or not.

I know that feeling. I'm not that with photos, primary because I'm completly blind to subtle hints. I function best when people just tell me stuff directly, and thus have a very thick skin for it :)

I know that feeling. I'm not that with photos, primary because I'm completly blind to subtle hints. I function best when people just tell me stuff directly, and thus have a very thick skin for it :)
