Let's get Tempe to follow Cambridge's model. A major key to their successes seems to be local organizations getting out the vote for more supportive city council candidates (and cultivating their own candidates).

The Arizona Starter Homes Act is back! The bill would preclude cities from various mandates that increase housing costs, without any health or safety basis, including large minimum lot sizes, unworkable setbacks, and costly design mandates.
