Interesting, I've been interested in trying a ginger bug before, so are all these ginger beers people are making with them alcoholic?

I mean you can ferment without creating alcohol. I'm not familiar with ginger bugs but a kombucha account scoby turns the sugar mostly to acetic acid if I remember right.
