I am over 17k on my 2nd book... it's not as fluffy but the mc is delightfully dramatic when it suits him and I love it.

Getting laid off hasn't been a great experience, but honestly, it's been rather freeing. I hadn't realized my job was so damned toxic. Now I just need a new one or to get set up to do freelance (thinking book covers, social media & release day graphics, branding for social media, etc.. fun maybe?

I am so rusty on social media …

I feel like I’ve lost my social media attention span lately. Ah well.

Book 2 has 4K. Only 71k or so to go!
