Second to last pull for this year from the box of trinkets my Nan left me! This is to lift one's skirts, worn on a chain or belt. Lower the medallion to open the tongs. Pinch the skirt with them and secure the medallion again so you'll never have Elizabeth Bennet's "6 inches deep in mud" problem 😂
