Oh, I can totally picture myself sitting on a very comfortable chair observing the landscape from above while sipping premium coffee. It would be a delightful experience. I'm surprised some company didn't try it yet, to be fair. Maybe they're traumatized by the downfall of the Concorde

I mean, for humankind to achieve consistent flight, it took centuries of collective mental effort and physical labor from countless people, making countless prototypes and countless attempts. It's an achievement of/for humankind, not from this or that person. That's my two cents, at least.

There is, and for me it's kinda nonsense. Both the Wright and the Santos=Dumont families should be proud of the realizations of their ancestors, but this kind of achievement transcends nonsense stuff like "patriotism" or "copyright". As positivistic as it sounds, I like to think it's simply progress

Yeah, I think they're no longer viable for war but it would make sense to have something intermediate between airplanes and ships for intercontinental trips, for instance. And it would probably be way more environment-friendly than both

Fun fact: Santos=Dumont also came up with the idea and helped design the first wristwatch, which first prototype was ultimately built by Cartier

The creator ot the Zeppelin (and of the airplane, depending on which country's narratives you choose to embrace), Alberto Santos=Dumont, allegedly committed suicide when he found out that zeppelin were going to be used by the military in wars

Achei impecável a estética com a cadeira transparente mas parece pouco prático

I want to know what "baby cakes" are, but at the same time I feel I might end up deeply regretting it

When I tell people that by betting "01 02 03 04 05 06" in the lottery they have the same chance as winning as betting something like "23 55 41 60 12 02" they never freaking believe me

That's wonderful news if confirmed!

Sounds like something I would come up with while drunk haha (I like it)

I've been learning these exact things lately, too. It has been helping A LOT, but still, on some days, nothing but immediate-effect medication (clonazepam for instance) can stop the anxiety crisis. Hoping to, one day, be able to stabilize myself without medication in nearly any situation...

I searched a lot for this, never found and, like the folk that answered before me, simply switched to DuckDuckGo, which even has AI embedded but asks if you want to use it every time you search (there's probably a way to deactivate even that but I'm too lazy to seek it lol)

My mom had paranoid schizophrenia and she passed away in 2011. Of course I miss her immensely and she had great quality of life while on the correct medications, but time and again I think what a f... nightmare today's world would be for her if she was still around

Eu acho excelente a performance da atriz, como ela retrata de forma fiel as crises de mania

I know this is a huge cliché, but sometimes acceptance is the best path... especially for our mental health

Is ADHD classified as a disability in the U.S.?

I'd be happy to help with whatever I can spare (not much, but something)
December 2, 2025 at 12:22 AM
I hate toxic positivity, Bro, but I really do believe your ability to resist and overcome. And not having chronic pain will most certainly help! Btw this is coming from someone not only completely broken but owing a jack shit of money haha
November 29, 2025 at 8:14 PM
Totally rooting for you guys!

It would be a pretty shitty dream, but a red panda always saves the day <3

In Brazil, "loitering" and begging for money in the streets literally used to be misdemeanors... that's so absurd I kinda laugh today, but I bet the cops screwed a lot of good people using this
