Wdym? If a client is happy with what they get from prompting AI image gens themselves, then they won’t pay artists, and demand for human art goes down. But the AI company gets money in their pocket from the subscription, or API rate, or whatever

This is not true, if there wasn’t a demand for ai art (aka cheap, fast art), then it would fail. The reason there’s a job displacement is because a bigger percent of consumers don’t care as much as artists do.
