The heart is in bright red and has small spurts of blood coming from the valves, and a large amount of blood pours from the side of Crowley's mouth to the mattress. Crowley has a pained expression, and his eyes are a similar red to the heart. There are some flecks of blood in his moustache and beard. The red elements are all done in oil pencil.
