How disrespectful not to wear a suit. And why is he at a cabinet meeting?

Leaving tomorrow. I’m nervous about staying here in my home country.

There’s not great cheese in Ecuador. Spinach is odd too. You can find phyllo but feta is generally a substituted product. Shawarma is sold in restaurants. I also make souzoukakia. I found a butcher to grind chicken for that.

I pmmed you

This is what’s concerning us: if the US collapses which it looks like it is, then the banks here will too as they’re based on the US dollar. We’ve been discussing ways to deal with money and started a group that first met Tuesday.

If you are anywhere between Massachusetts and Virginia that we can meet up sometime.

I get that. I’m not too familiar with Bluesky but it’s hard to communicate. Is there a way to pm here? We are also going to the States Sunday for my mom’s funeral

I just paid a lawyer for my permanent visa and it was $835 each. She’s fairly new and amazing. She works hard for you.

Can I recommend JP & Amelia’s move Abroad course? It really helped me calculate. We sold everything snd moved with our two tiny annoying dogs. If I would do it again, I’d move sooner and brought more but not a containers worth. It’s expensive to travel back.

Whoa. That’s expensive.

Where are you living now? Busses can be driven by cowboys and can take off before you’re fully on. Pedestrians are aimed at. Or at least it feels that way at times!

Gas is about $10.00. Public transport bus is $.30 a ride and tranvía is $.35 a ride pp. taxis will cost $1.75-5.00 to get you local to across the city. A bus to another close city will cost $3.00

Getting a visa is pricey. You should try to get it done there. Where are you living now and how much are your monthly expenses?
March 1, 2025 at 2:20 AM
If you eat at home and don’t go out much to bars etc $1500 can be doable but may be a bit limiting. You can find a place for 250 but it may be in not the greatest place. Food is very inexpensive. Electricity and internet $20 each. Phone with a chip $5.00. Your start up costs are high.
March 1, 2025 at 2:20 AM
Totally depends. $1500 is great if you’re young enough for a flat with stairs and no elevator. There’s so many factors. Our rest is high at $700 unfurnished but you can get one for $500 furnished that’s quite nice. We have 24/7 guards and a generator that mainly pooped out last year. Need details

It’s due to the Amazon. Lots of clouds.

Cuenca Ecuador. I’ve seen the night sky twice in about 3 years.

I think they don’t care. That’s worse.

Thats what our sky always looks like!

Exactly. Can’t figure out which one is the more gorgeous. I think we just found the next James Bond!
