Had a long weekend with friends at Port Fairy, Victoria Australia. Took some photos of the amazing sun rise and on the way back to the beach house, saw a glimpse of the setting moon through the clouds. Really happy with this shot with the reflection in the water.

Okay ARMY, the countdown is almost done. We know our boys will all be discharged by the 21 June. They will have changed in some ways and I believe that they will have a new drive, mindset and will bring that out in their music. I look forward to seeing them connect again and bond even stronger.

Interesting how there was a strong "Trump like" influence leading up to the Australian election. MAGA became Make Australia Great Again. Fortunately, Australians were not as easily swayed by that ridiculous political line.

I promised not to get involved with politics and USA, but good god, how can this train wreck happen without comment. The rest of the world with any sort of intelligence will wait for the USA to implode. Anyone unable to escape that country for a place that has sanity has my complete sympathy.
A mirror big enough to expose the hypocrisy, hate, and division being sown by those at the highest levels of our government.

It's unfortunate that the "leader" of the USA will cause so much damage before this situation is rectified, one way or another. Tit for Tat is the only way to deal with the tariff's in the first instance.
I’m going to put my rich guy hat on and say I hope that Mexico and Canada issue equal, retaliatory tariffs and stick to them for an extended period.
I apologize to all the people it will cost money and the businesses it will hurt.

Sunrise in Seymour, Victoria, Australia this morning. Varying levels of clouds, indicating the air flow above. The darker cloud looks like it is curling up and over the clouds in the background. Love the sky in the morning and at night. Nature provides the best art.

I live in Victoria, Australia. It is 40 degrees Celsius, with a top of 41 expected today. In 2009, 173 people died in what is now called Black Saturday. Conditions this year are very similar. I hope we get through this Summer without a fire disaster and keep our volunteer fire fighters safe.
