This is absolutely unacceptable!!! Look at this maniac. This isn’t even all of what he wrote. Absolute madman! Who can defend this? No. No no no no!

I did the fact checking for anyone reading this. Rises were during the recession starting around ‘09 and COVID in 2020. Those numbers were going down during Biden’s administration, post COVID.

Private Property: beware of dog.
Latino for Trump.
MAGA
This was in a small town (pop. 1,000) with a fair amount of migrant farm workers in the area. I had to wonder if this was true or an attempt at self preservation in a heavily red MAGA area. Who knows.

Kankakee, Illinois. Proud attendee. What a great response and almost no opposition in a heavily red area. It made me feel like I’m not going crazy, people don’t like what’s happening in our country, and the sentiment is growing. Put me on whatever list- I know which side of history I’m on.

Here’s a peaceful scene near my home to remind us all that beauty and calm do still exist in the world.

Wait, as if it couldn’t get any worse… now we have open extortion. WTF.

Today.

Yeah, the numbers are an outlier, why would that be happening? Could it be because we have an unprecedented situation with a total lunatic leading our country?

Facts matter. The revisions go up and down every year. And not more unreliably so since 2020, as he stated.
August 3, 2025 at 3:46 PM
Revisions since 2000. Some to the red, some to the green, no matter what party is in office. Data matters. Facts matter.
August 3, 2025 at 3:32 PM
Yes, data is interesting. Especially when it shows you’re full of shit. Tell me again how the numbers are especially unreliable since 2020?

From an AP article today. What the what? The privilege??? One of my very good moments??? What the hell?

Can it be any tackier? Can we just leave something with a shred of dignity? Even if it’s just decor. Give us something.

Here’s something pure and good for a change. Such things do still exist.

Chicago summer day from my son’s apartment. I haven’t journaled or taken many photos in several months. It’s hard to process and express everything that’s been happening.

On again, off again, on again, off again. Whiplash every damn day.

It was 90 years ago during the dust bowl era of the 1930’s that Illinois had a comparable dust storm. It was a bizarre thing and I spent today cleaning my house since I had left windows open that day. Are there people who still don’t understand climate change and what we’re doing to our planet?
May 19, 2025 at 12:52 AM
Sure, super normal to have dust storms sweep through Illinois in 2025. Why not? It’s fine. The country is fine. The world is fine. Nothing to see here.
May 17, 2025 at 12:04 AM
I had to look it up to make sure it wasn’t a joke. It’s not. Sure, why not? Seems perfectly fine and legal and ethical. Like everything else, of course.
