First case of the morning! 10 yo dog, 8 days of ⬇️ appetite, and activity, and stiff, painful gait. Temp 103.2. Generally uncomfortable looking, but no firm PE findings. CBC shows thrombocytopenia (45k). I looked at a blood smear and saw these two neutrophils. #VetMedSky #IDsky #PathSky
