That article is about something that happened in November, although for those who only read the image and the comment, it looks like a new outbreak occurring under this (albeit lamentable) administration. Context is important when re-posting, else we become no better than those we criticize.

Why do no reporters ever challenge him on this? The US is not simply giving Canada money; it’s TRADE - that is, the US is purchasing Canadian goods and services (mostly oil). Giving him a soapbox to broadcast his misinformation without check just makes the press complicit in all this craziness.
