When I wrote 18F's Agile budgeting guide, the agency comms shop's Trumpians refused to let me publish it without making changes. I made the changes but, unbeknownst to them, I tracked them on GitHub, and logged every change as having been ordered by the comms team. github.com/18F/technolo...
