Screenzen has helped me keep my phone time to a minimum. It's crazy what pulling away from socials for a bit can do to heal your brain.

You should find a circle of buddies to play with regularly! The online grind is efficient, but can be mentally exhausting. Playing with others you might know is a lot less tense, and makes it easier to level up in a more chilled environment~
