When iconographic design tries to be too clever
Watching Fired From Mars just solidified my thoughts that being a designer in modern times is a joke. Like what are we doing. Everything is burning and we’re fighting over letter-spacing.

Watching Fired From Mars just solidified my thoughts that being a designer in modern times is a joke. Like what are we doing. Everything is burning and we’re fighting over letter-spacing.
The UX on Bluesky is pretty good. I just wished the typography was slightly a hair better (eg. increased paragraph leading, a different font family that’s not horsey…)
But the overall vibe is excellent. Consider me long-term (say that about my ex’s if you will)

It’s about time Meta finally (in the spirit of this LA tragedy)…to burn down. IG was on it’s last legs anyway, and while I liked Threads, it’s tainted like last week’s underwear. Don’t worry i washed them
