As a nurse I use the CDC website to give a VIS forms patients that I give vaccines too which is a mandate for nursing. I can no longer access the much needed VIS forms. I took an oath, I have given 27 almost 28 years of my life to care for patients. This is wrong by taking down the CDC website.
