It's already the 40th day of the year. I'm not sure if that feels fast, or like an entire year has been shoved into that 40 days. Both feel true.

Day 40 of Year 5 of my 365 project.

I ran late this afternoon for the first time in 10 days, post-miserable-chest-cold. I took it slow but it felt fantastic and the light was just stunning. SO glad to be back in the saddle. Can’t move through these days right now without my runs.
