I really hope they manage to get a public so Mojang can have a decent competitor, but it's not for me at all.
People usually hate on Mojang for the lack of big updates for Minecraft, but that's exactly what is keeping Minecraft to become whatever Hytale want to be. I'm glad with what we have ngl.

Those were the most interesting parts of the whole book imo, now i can understand even more why Russia have him banned from the country even though the whole book is an excellent pamphlet to sell you on Russian culture, which it completely did to me.

Something i forgot to mention; Glukhovsky also develops a lot of his political and philosophical views when introducing certain characters. Lots of pages of the books are Introspections on racism, communism, fascism, and how humanity has a deeply ingrained tendency toward self-destruction.

Now i'm gonna play the game that for some reason i had it in my steam library even if i don't remember ever buying it lol
I also bought all the trilogy in the steam sale so i'm gonna be busy playing these games for a while!
Already bought 2034 too. I'm really glad i liked this world 🙌

Other than that, it was a really fun read, i recommend it only for the excelent world building. The ending is also super good imho, really loved everything surrounding the dark ones, even if the real development of their race was in the last 2 pages of the book 😆

Something that really surprise me is that there isn't a single proper female character in the whole book, not even one single woman character who isn't a child or the wife of another character with one line of dialogue, it was kinda weird ngl

All the characters Artyom encounters on his journey to the Polis are interesting enough to keep you engaged with the story; my personal favorites are the first International brigade Ernesto Che Guevara, they were a lot of fun even if it was a short encounter lol
