Grief is just more raw at the holidays for most. This is the 3rd Heaven anniversary on November 3rd, then Thanksgiving, then my late son’s birthday was December 13th then it’s Christmas. All reminders of this deep loss & grief that my middle child is no longer here to celebrate and create memories

I am December birthday gal now officially on my Sensational 60’s and embracing celebrating another trip around the sun and the holidays. Though it is sometimes a struggle to be merry from grief of losing my son 3 years ago to a car accident. One thing that grounds me is being in gratitude each day

Trying to create calm in this chaos we are all going through after the disappointing election to half of voters. Let’s stay strong & keep pushing for progressive democracy and decency. Keep being kind and being a beacon of light. good for our own health & wellbeing and our country. 💙💙🙏🏻🙏🏻

After this election I’m struggling with more than a wobble. All that I hold in values, morals, integrity, decency and humanity is being abolished. I will stay on the side of democracy, kindness, unity, equality and freedom for all. I can keep positivity, goodwill and kindness in my heart. 💙🙏🏻
