We already have socialism in this country. It is for rich people and big companies. They get handed free money all the time while we pay the interest. They get bailed out of mistakes and we pay the interest. Capitalism can do with some regulation. That doesn't make it socialism.

Trump backing Cuomo is nuts. It is very clear @zohrankmamdani.bsky.social is the anti-establishment candidate that is for the people. It is funny how silly Trump's 2016 "drain the swamp" rhetoric seems now while he destorys American farmers. Also, release the Epstein files.

They confirmed SNAP won't be going out next month. Sad and bad. Donate to food pantries and volunteer at a kitchen if you can. Check on your friends who are struggling.

This is a genuine problem. Hospital near me bought and demolished a historic old home on a big tract of land. They are going to build another hospital (my city is full of them) and sell/rent off what they don't use for a fat stack. As if visiting them isn't already insanely expensive.

This is a genuine problem. Hospital near me bought and demolished a historic old home on a big tract of land. They are going to build another hospital (my city is full of them) and sell/rent off what they don't use for a fat stack. As if visiting them isn't already insanely expensive.
It takes just 3.5% of the population to protest and make a difference. Get out there. NO kings was a little over 2%. We are almost there.

The reason why looking hard at women, lgbtq, and minority rights is important is because through solving those problems, you will end up fixing many problems those on the right or those in the "center" claim to be more important.

Being a centrist in America is just crazy right now. "I can understand wanting the best for everyone and I also understand being wildly racist, homophobic and misogynistic. I think both points are valid." Just admit you are far-right but too scared to lose friends over it.
