blender itself doesn't, but you can download some online! some sites like blenderkit also have plug-ins that let you drag models directly into blender, so its a lot like building in the sims (which is another fun way ive seen people make refs!)

work, i usually just kitbash a 3D model in Blender for my reference since im just trying to have fun, not necessarily design new worlds. sorry for the long reply, hope this helps!

the scary part of figuring out what to draw out of the process. even then, there's a PureRef file permanently living on my second monitor. if you're unsure? reference. stuck? reference. unsure? reference. designing is a puzzle that you don't need to create, only solve. so have fun! for my personal-
