I’ve found that in any “death,” the people closest in the beginning tend to leave the quickest. My dad’s “friends” were so supportive in the beginning and now I talk to two of them out of about eight. But the ones that have stayed I know, are here for life. I’m sorry you went through that too❤️

I have such a hard time with rest. I always feel like I need to be doing something and feel guilty when I don’t. But I also feel like I can’t do anything when I have a lot to do. It’s a hard balance and takes time to practice. Be patient with yourself!

I love going to bed early and waking up early! I can get things done early and lounge the rest of the day.💖

This has been going on for months. It only escalated last week when he threw a 30-50lb weight through his balcony doors. There was so much shattered glass on the grass below and on my patio. Annie now hides every time she hears a noise upstairs. I’ve had more than enough.
