I presume the requirement is that between green and dirty power ’plants’ with equal footprints, green must produce equal or more power than coal.
It’s nuts for a federal land use because requirement, they wouldn’t allow coal fired plants on most federal lands. I suppose that’s changing too.

While they’re right to demand the list’s release, they don’t seem to realize it’ll contain many GOP they adore.

Yes he did witness tragic flood devastation but the Epstein blowback was completely happening before he went out there.
