the good thing is that i see this therapist who is mainly focused on people with autism, so hopefully she gives me some tips to deal with the stress and not have so many meltdowns because last month, between life itself and the new meds i had it had been a nightmare

i need to find other ways to cope with my meltdowns because hitting my head is not it, but at the same time i can't control it?? now beside a bunch of bruises in my body, i have this little headache due yesterday's meltdown and it gives me a lot of anxiety, which only makes it worse. sighs
