But it meets oblique goals: the preservation $30T+ of oil asset still in the ground as chaos favors incumbent technologies, active degradation of the international order unlocks new territorial expansions, and squeezing the personal rights and pensions in the EU for shareholder gain.

This is a big deal. What should be a focus of research in the US, as it would seemingly be critical for Hydrogen adoption, has been underfunded.
