We had one at our workplace manager didn't like it so had her transferred to another store under the guise of managerial ascension. Turns out she was sent to a failing store and she resigned within a week.

The other thing that annoys me is you turn up 10-20 minutes before your appointment don't get seen for another 1/2 hour but you can't charge them for making you wait
