Huh, better than I thought I would get, but this probably means I'll die by the end of the movie.

Just a reminder that my new book Santa vs. Cthulhu releases next week. So if the title alone grabs you attention, maybe consider pre-ordering the kindle version, or wait for the physical version to be made available on 10/3.

Or if you want to wait until we're closer to the holiday season, I get it.

This Week's Movie: Clown in a Cornfield

The book is better, but this is still a solid adaptation. Like they made some obvious changes, but they were ones that are understandable for turning it into a 90 minute movie. Granted it is unfortunate that most of the side characters have less personality.

Post a movie you like with a terrible Rotten Tomatoes score.

Now this may just be nostalgia talking considering I loved this movie as a kid and had a bunch of the toys, but this score feels way to low in my opinion. It may not be a masterpiece by any means, but it's not a bad movie.

I am sad to say that my cat Rocky passed away.

He lived a good 16 year long life being the last of the childhood pets. He may have been scared of almost everything and as dumb as a brick sometimes, but he was a good cat.

I'm going to miss him.

This Week's Movie: Murder On The Orient Express (1974)

Pretty good, though I feel like it got a bit too messy at the end and all I could think of was that one Smiling Friends episode since I had the same reaction of "Jesus Christ, how many people killed this guy?" or at least stabbed his corpse.

Just saw that it's National Book Lovers Day. So I think this is a good excuse to promote my books. Do you want a post-apocalyptic fantasy? Discordia has you covered. How about a superhero dramedy? Well then Prince Stardust might be up your alley. If any interest you, please check them out. #booksky

This Week's Movie: Cult of Chucky

Not bad, but I do feel like this one was a little boring, though there was one really cool kill and the whole thing of Chucky being able to be in multiple dolls as once is interesting. Plus having Chucky work off of himself is funny. I may check out the TV show.
