Maybe now is the time to bring this up again, but @kenrussell.bsky.social of Florida blew me away because he was one of the first politicians I had seen who was using social media RIGHT! I won’t get into how the Dems screwed him over during the primaries BUT I think he could teach how to reach!

It has been the position of Sierra Club that garbage incineration is the worst form of handling waste, even when compared to landfilling, and we believe that the Mayor and the Commission are taking the right steps towards a comprehensive solution.2/2

Garbage Landfills as we know them are bad. A landfill utilized only for what’s left after diversion of organic waste, recycling, and construction debris is the best environmental solution. No incinerator needed.
