The impact of those strikes alone would be enough, I think, to show us that a #generalstrike is possible with the right amount of preparation. Also the transportation, hospitality and service industry alone, coming to a great grinding halt in those cities during key times would send a big message.

For example, what if transportation and hospitality industries in New Jersey or Palm Beach, Florida went on strike while Trump is golfing? Or in Congress is in session? Say sometime in the middle of May or in September? 2/3?

What happens if the military divides? Will this admin dismiss all those that don’t pass a loyalty test? Who would replace those service members? The military has struggled with recruitment over the last decade and this administration cannot (though they may try) use an EO to reinstate the draft. 2/4
