Yes. But not just Monarchs. Germany and Italy’s heads of state are each titled President. German Chancellor Friedrich Merz and Italy’s PM Georgia Meloni are the heads of government.

Also, I believe, of the G7, only Trump & Macron are their governments heads of state (protocol thus dictating the Governor General welcome them). The others, like Carney are heads of their respective governments.
