I used to work with a guy who’d shared an office with Stallman at MIT. I was having a fight with gcc one day and commented that I wanted to go punch Stallman in the nose. His reply? “You’ll need to stand in line”

I love the idea, but I’m not a fan of the icon-only label. I can imagine you and a friend, rushing to go to somewhere, and the friend seeing the blue one and checking that your computer is off.

Counterpoint to “they hate doing it” - I can assure you that it’s a positive joy to do a code review of the code of somebody who irritates you, and who’s not a very good programmer, in front of that person’s boss

This prompted me to look myself up on MobyGames, and, um, well, some of it’s right. But what a mess. No deadname situation, but still, they could try a little maybe? No obvious way to clean it up. There’s probably some unobvious way, if I decide I care enough
