Whatever results our students receive today, I hope they remember they still have so much to offer the world.

The path forward may be different than expected for some, but it’s still forward ❤️

It’s a very long time since I was able to spend time with this fella but I think about him often and especially on days like today.

Our time together was short but it was good 🙏

Happy Father’s Day to everyone who is a dad and / or is thinking of their father ❤️

As anyone who knows me is aware, the purpose of my working life is to be, and to remain, useful. This means I am always looking to learn.

With this in mind I am delighted to have been accepted onto this programme and look forward to travelling to Boston very soon.

It can be easy for the mind to dwell on the challenges of life. We all do it. Today I’m going to try and focus on it’s beauty

Have a great day everyone

I can’t begin to know what this wonderful couple were thinking this time 80 years ago. Some relief at war in Europe being over and fear that my Dad may need to go to Japan and a sadness that they weren’t together on the day I’m guessing. Certainty reflecting upon friends lost.

Tour of football grounds for me today. Right now I am at Curzon Ashton FC to help enable development day for Tameside Healthy places and later I’m off to Old Trafford!
