My rep, Bryan Steil, WI, is foregoing his pay - BECAUSE HE IS RICH AND DOESN'T LIVE PAYCHECK TO PAYCHECK. He put out a bill to stop congressional pay for shutdowns BUT IT'S GOING NOWHERE BECAUSE THEY'RE ON PERPETUAL RECESS and can't vote.
