Lord Tom is basically if Professor Tom was The Shadow Lord. Despite this, he's a lot less powerful and can't levitate. Due to him losing his sanity, he can no longer build robots.

Professor Tom doesn't actually age, so Child Tom isn't just a "past version" of him. He's more childlike in his mannerisms but still knows how to build robots and stuff :))))))
