The Knicks 4th QTR numbers are a bit skewed imo. They have had a lot of blowout leads after 3 which made the 4th irrelevant.
First 10 games they had some issues late in games but it's Def not this bad.

Jalen Brunson is deservedly the captain but in a lot of ways Josh Hart is the pulse of the team.
He will say things that JB prob won't but is thinking.
It's clear Josh is the Co-Captain.

Last years Bench to start the year had Quickley (got paid 35 mill a yr), DDV (single season 3 PT record), Hart, I-Hart (29 mill a yr) with Deuce as odd man out lol.
Absurd bench.

So yeah, i think the Knicks will be fine but they just simply can’t afford slow starts because last year’s bench was full of sickos and this year’s has maybe 2 sickos lol

Exactly this. It shouldn't be enough to say "oh well we didn't shoot well, this game is an anomaly"
At some point if they want to string games together they will need to win a game they don't shoot well in.

Towns/Knicks ability to take advantage of smaller guys on him has improved drastically. Suns tried putting Dunn on him & he got abused.
The Knicks struggling as much as they did early against switching defenses may have been a blessing.

Have to think the Knicks make a conscious effort tonight to get Bridges involved against his former team.
Thought the Knicks falling behind by such a deficit last game allowed him to just play in the 2nd half on instinct. Had some of his best moments of yr.
